-The first step would be to check the logs, which are found in the Bryx software directory as seen in the example below:
%homedir%/bryx/log.txt %homedir%/bryx/service-log.txt
-This will give you a version number that will look like this
-If the version is under v.1.14.0
Please follow these instructions to configure Dispatch Courier:
- If the configuration program is open, please close it before continuing.
- Create a directory titled "%homedir%/bryx" (On Windows, you may have to use %userprofile%/bryx)
- Download the following executables, and place them in the directory that was created above.

https://bucket.bryx.com/courier/files/dispatch-courier/esm/win32/esm.exe
If migrating from a previous installation, and you have a config.json file, please copy that config.json file into the created directory. - Re-open the wrapper, and install the service as prompted.
- Click the "Edit Config" button and populate your key and token, and set up the software as normal. If migrating from a previous installation and you have a config.json file, you can skip this step.
